Founded in 2013, IT Connect is a BOI-approved end-to-end IT solutions provider, specializing in the IT needs of small to medium scale enterprises in Sri Lanka. Raaiz brings over 18 years marketing and management experience with 6 years BPO/ITO in the UK. He currently heads ITConnect providing outsource services to the Australian and Sri Lankan markets.

Dhananjaya Bandara

Brings over 10 years of end to end business experience with ERP/Business Applications/ Software Development. Currently heads the delivery team + Presales Consultation and Global Partner Management.

Shamil Shiraz

Shamil carries with him over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, in Corporate Finance. He currently heads the shared services department for the BPO Connect Group.
